Personal Property Inventory

You can greatly increase the chances of recovering or replacing your

stolen or damaged property. Also it wouldassist in filing the insurance claim or police report.

Just follow these 3 easy steps:

1. Print the forms that we have provided and fill in your information, photograph  your jewelry and collectables.

2. Upload the photos and store them on disk or other type of memory device.

3. Store the records in a  fireproof safe or a safe-deposit box.

In the event of a burglary, fire, or other disaster you will have a record of  brands, model numbers, and serial numbers; as well as photos of jewelry and collectible items that do not have identifying markings. This would prove to be invaluable information to hand over to the local Law Enforcement Agency and the Insurance Company, should your home be burglarized and items such as TV's, Laptops, Tools, or Jewelry are taken.

At Doctor Cash Coin & Pawn we are required to send records of all  transactions processed daily including photographs to our local Police Department. The reports also include a scan of the persons I.D., and a description of the items along with model and serial numbers. We then are required to hold any item that we receive for a set number of days depending on the type of transaction. The Police are able to compare reports helping to recover and return valuable possessions to the victims and prosecute the perpetrators.

Take advantage of our Jewelry Identifying Service which includes a professional photograph, the weight of the item and a simple description. We will burn the photos onto a disk along with a copy of  weight and description.

Only $2 per item
